I wanted to write to let you know what a great pleasure it was to work with Anthony, Greg, David and the other members of your staff during the installation of the central air conditioning system for our home in Woodbridge.

They showed thoroughness and care toward our home and existing heating system that included adjustments to the wiring and piping paths to help me with future remodeling in the basement. Anthony showed impressive understanding of the systems and even made some minor adjustments to our furnace which would reduce the time the fan runs without compromising our heating.

I will be glad to share my experiences as a reference for your future residential customers. We look forward to your staff coming in the spring to prepare our new system for its first season of use.

It is evident to me that Nero Air Conditioning Company takes a great deal of pride in their operation as well as in their employees. It is also true that people do notice and when deserved, recognition should be given. All too often people are always quick to complain and let the negativity be shown and side step the good, quality work one performs.

I want to take this opportunity to thank you for all your kindnesses and courtesies during my first experience with the process of installing central air in my home. You made a first time overwhelming experience a lot easier for me. Dealing with you was very professional and positive as you took me through every step, and I assure you I will certainly recommend you to anyone who asks.

I would also like to take this time to express my thanks and appreciation to David and Eric. They were very kind, courteous and did a wonderful job in keeping me apprised of what they were doing as well as doing a fabulous job cleaning up at days end. I was very happy that they both were assigned to my job. They are certainly a credit to your organization and their professionalism should not go unnoticed.
