Air Conditioning tune-ups:

From experience – you know preventive maintenance on your vehicle extends the life of your car, as well as ensures the best gas mileage. - This is also true for your heating and cooling equipment, not only will routine maintenance extend the life of your equipment it ensures that your system is running at peak efficiency.

We recommend our factory trained, Nate certified technicians perform a tune-up on your central air conditioning system every spring which includes:

Check blower wheel and motor
Lubricate motors as needed per factory specifications
Check belt wear or tension if applies
Check thermostat operation and calibration
Check operation of all safety controls
Check full load current draw
Check refrigerant charge
Check relays and contactors
Check air filter
Check condensate pump
Clean drain line
Check air temperatures
Check overall operation of system
